HOW TO EDITORIALIZE THE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS OF L’ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL?

In 2016, L’Oréal Professionnel chose 1969 to define their editorial stategy and graphic identity codes on social media. In addition 1969 handled the community management on their Facebook and Pinterest accounts.

The main challenge was to define the best content strategy with the right tone of voice to reach the dual social media target audiences of the brand: the B2B audiences as represented by hairdressers as well as the B2C audiences that are casual day to day consumers.
