HOW TO SHOWCASE SOCIETE GENERALE AS THE OFFICIAL BANK OF RUGBY WORLD CUP 2019?

Rugby World Cup 2019 marks more than 30 years of Societe Generale’s official sponsorship of the rugby sport. From supporting grassroots to the highest level of play, to engaging its staff through charity touch rugby tournaments to setting up the first Hong Kong Fanzone, this international bank truly embodies the passion of rugby.  

Now, with the World Cup being hosted for the first time on Asian shores,  Societe Generale needed an agency that understood the French bank’s unique company culture, motivations and had the capability to translate this for the APAC digital scene. 

Our Response?

To create three pillars of messaging united under the singular promise of “Join The Journey Towards RWC2019” to onboard top-level corporate executives, long term and budding new rugby fans around a shared digital journey. 

Using the #JoinTheJourney, we express this messaging through exciting and dynamic posts including a web series, animated gifs, motion designs, games, snack content and news articles.
