In 2016, L’Oréal Professionnel chooses 1969 Agency to define its editorial strategy and graphic identity on social media. 1969 also handles the community management on Facebook and Pinterest.

The main challenge was to define the best content strategy and relevant tone to reach the double social media target of the brand : the BtoB target represented by the hairdressers as well as the BtoC target represented by the casual consumers.
